This historic 1915 Point Loma home required extensive structural repairs due to significant roof defects and failure of the existing roof structure. We removed the entire second-floor roof structure and carefully stabilized the home while completing the reconstruction. New roof trusses were installed, along with a new ceiling system and updated electrical wiring throughout the second floor.

The interior renovation included complete drywall replacement, retexturing, and painting. We also refinished the original wood floors and upgraded essential systems while maintaining the home’s historic charm and character. Every detail was carefully restored to ensure the finished home looked as though the repairs had never been necessary.

The exterior of the home was also completely repainted, preserving its classic appearance while giving it a fresh, renewed look. New roofing materials and shingles completed the transformation.
